OCTOBER:

The Knight of the Month for October is very new in the Council but has been very active in many council activities. He played a big part in the prep work and painting of St. Rita's Hall. He and his family volunteers in the "doughnut" ministry during the 10:00 AM Mass on Sundays.

He serves regularly in the Church doing collections and also does the RCIA as a sponsor for a new candidate. He serves the Council as a temporary Warden and attends council meeting regularly. He is also involve in the community by serving in the Parish Retreat earlier in October.

Congratulations Brother Marc Ormando for your contributions in serving the Church, Council and the community.

SEPTEMBER:

I am happy to have this brother in our council. He's been active ever since he joined us. He sings in the choir, he helped clean and paint St. Rita's Hall and he's always there when you need him.

But the most important is he made our council known in the world wide web. He made our council be the first in the St. Francis Chapter to have its own website.

I am happy to announce Brother Raul Mercado as our September Knight of the Month.

AUGUST:

Our Knight of the month of August is a very active brother. He is a member of the Marian Council Choir and attends our meetings regularly. He was involved in the prep work and priming and painting of St. Rita's Hall. And he is also our newly elected Recorder.

I have chosen Brother Ray Sanchez as the Knight  for the month of August.

JULY:

July is a very busy month for the Marian council. We had our monthly choir followed by Officers Installation. And in the same week, we host the St. Francis Chapter Meeting.

The brother I have chosen is busy as we are. He is involved with the Choir, doing Church collections, installed as a Council officer, helps in the Chapter meeting and busy making flyers for our Fundraising Casino Trip this August.

Worthy Brothers, I am proud to say that the Knight of the Month of July is Brother Kevin Jung.

Congratulations Brother Kevin for your service to the Church and to our Council.

JUNE:

Worthy Chancellor and Brother S/K Basil "Butch" Moreto has been a Knight since April 1, 1992. He is also active in the Church helping in the Church Collections and a member of the Knight's Choir. Some weekends, he also serves at St. Andrews Church as a Lector. Next month, he will serve in our council as the Family Director.

MAY:

Deacon Ben Salvan; in recognition for his many years of service to the Parish and the community.

APRIL:

Angelo Norcerino! Sir Knight Angelo, our worthy Advocate, is a longtime member who has participated in all of our efforts this year. He also sings in the choir and is involved with other organizations whose mission is to minister to the needy. Thank you for your contributions Brother Angelo.
